The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools, Inc., is an independent organization created under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code in support of a quality education for all children in Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS). Established on October 26, 1992, the foundation celebrated its 30th anniversary last year with continuous growth and measurable success impacting the equitable access of opportunities and experiences for our students, families, educators, and schools.
During the 2023 legislative session, the Maryland General Assembly approved a date change for the statewide primary election day in 2024.
SB379 and HB535 state that the statewide primary election shall be held on the second Tuesday in May, therefore the date was changed from Tuesday, April 23, 2024, to Tuesday, May 14, 2024. The attached calendar reflects this change.
